Instructions:
1. after bathing, use a warm towel to clean the part that you want to wrap
2. wrap the body wrap around the part intend to wrap
3. wrap it up with a layer of transparent plastic wrap
4. Use the transparent plastic wrap (those plastic wrapper to keep food fresh) to fixed the position of the body wrap
5. Use for around 30-45 mins. After that remove the wrap and massage the leftover essence on your skin.
6. If you are using it for the 1st time and unable to withstand the burning sensation, you can roll the wrap and keep properly in the refrigerator and use it the next time.
The key to slimming persistence The effects are really good, you will adapt to the coldness or burning sensation after the 3 time of use. Hence there will be visable weight lost.

For ease of use, B2UP F-cup Coffee is instant coffee, ready to mix and it's versatile too. Enjoy F-cup Coffee as an espresso-style coffee, caffè latte, or just a regular cup o' java. Add more or less F-cup Coffee depending upon your taste.
Espresso-Style
Use one to two rounded teaspoons of F Cup Coffee for 140cc (4¾ ounces) of hot water. Stir well and drink.
Caffè Latte
Use 100cc (3¼ ounces) of warmed milk and 50cc (1¾ ounces) of hot water with 1 to 2 rounded teaspoons of F-cup Coffee. Stir well and drink.
Regular Coffee
Use 1 to 2 rounded teaspoons of F-cup Coffee for 8 ounces of hot water. Add sugar, milk, and/or soy milk to taste. Stir well and drink.
Caution!
Do not eat if you are allergic to any of the ingredients: coffee beans, water soluble Dietary Fiber, Pueraria Mirifica, Rose extract, Vitamin C and/or L-Cystine. Do not take during menstruation, pregnancy, and lactation. Keep the bag firmly closed. Store in a cool, dry place.
